The Consultation nationale junior/associée is a consultancy role with UNICEF Algérie, focused on supporting the contextualisation, co-facilitation, field monitoring, and documentation of the Kit Adolescent for three partner ministries. The role complements that of a national senior consultant and contributes to strengthening the operational quality of training for 90 ministry staff. The consultant will work under the supervision of UNICEF Algérie and in close coordination with the Education and Adolescent Development team.
Overview
The Consultation nationale junior/associée role aims to support UNICEF Algérie and three partner ministries in enhancing the operational quality of the Kit Adolescent's implementation. This involves contextualisation, targeted co-facilitation, field monitoring, and documentation, all within the framework of Life Skills and Citizenship Education (LSCE).
- Supporting the preparation of plans for duplication and supervision of six duplications
- Documenting learning outcomes and contributing to the capitalisation of the Kit Adolescent's implementation
- Working under the supervision of UNICEF Algérie and in coordination with the Education and Adolescent Development team, the Child Protection Specialist, and focal points from the three partner ministries
