Alinea International is seeking a Learning & Knowledge Management Expert to work on the Lake Chad Basin Conservation Project, a 20-day consultative project. The expert will be responsible for identifying and sharing knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned internally and externally.

Overview

The Lake Chad Basin Conservation Project aims to improve the climate resilience of ecosystems and marginalized communities vulnerable to climate change, particularly women and youth, through nature-based climate solutions in six Ramsar sites in Cameroon, Chad, and Niger.

Role & Responsibilities

The Learning & Knowledge Management Expert will be responsible for animating the continuous knowledge management process, elaborating a strategy for knowledge management in a project closure context, and producing tools, processing, analyzing, and synthesizing information and data.

Requirements

• Hholder of a university degree in a relevant field, such as monitoring and evaluation, sustainable development, environment, information systems, sociology, statistics, project management, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in learning and capitalization.
• Experience in multi-actor and multi-thematic coordination.
• Good knowledge of the countries of intervention and the project theme.
• Good knowledge of monitoring and evaluation devices.
