The Junior Professional- Publications & Editorial Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the coordination of Policy Center publications, maintaining a shared tracking document of publications in preparation or production, and following up on timelines and deliverables with authors, external editors, and internal teams.
- Support the coordination of Policy Center publications (policy briefs, reports, papers, opinion editorials)
- Maintain and regularly update a shared tracking document of publications in preparation or production
- Follow up on timelines and deliverables with authors, external editors, and internal teams
- Assist with basic editorial tasks (formatting, document preparation, consistency checks)
- Support the centralization of publication-related requests and correspondence
- Assist in the organization of editorial calendars and coordination tools
Eligibility
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, political science, international relations, publishing, or a related field. No prior professional experience is required, but internships and academic work are acceptable.
