Overview
The Regional Finance Manager will support the Kvinna till Kvinna South Caucasus and Eastern Europe regional team, reporting to the Regional Director. The role will involve working closely with the regional team, partner organisations, and the Finance department in Stockholm, with frequent travel within Europe and the South Caucasus and Eastern Europe region.
The key responsibilities of the role include ensuring effective financial management routines, processing partner payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and conducting financial assessments of partner organisations. The Regional Finance Manager will also support grant management processes, coordinate audits, and develop financial management systems and risk mitigation measures.
Additionally, the role will involve leading capacity strengthening initiatives for partner organisations, contributing to coordination and knowledge sharing, and continuously improving financial management practices across the regional programme.
