The Team Leader will provide overall strategic, technical, and managerial leadership for the HMG-funded programme in South Asia, working with governments, investors, companies, and communities to drive policy and systems change. The Team Leader will act as the principal point of contact for the client and senior government counterparts, ensuring high-quality, adaptive delivery across all programme components.

The Team Leader role involves providing overall leadership and strategic direction for the programme, ensuring delivery against client objectives. The programme focuses on governance, security, and justice programming in South Asia, with key areas of expertise including governance and security sector reform, serious and organised crime, and criminal justice and rule of law.
