The Policy and Advocacy team at Womankind influences a transformative, feminist agenda for change, and this role will lead the organisation's partner-centred advocacy in UK and Global Advocacy forums from a decolonial feminist lens.
The UK & Global Advocacy Manager will support partner advocacy related learning and exchange, capacity strengthening for partners, and co-lead work on advocacy-related knowledge products.

Eligibility
- A post-graduate qualification in a relevant social sciences field and at least 5 years' experience in the women's rights and feminist sectors are required, with demonstrable capabilities in strategic, partner-centred, evidence-based, decolonial feminist advocacy leadership
